can any one tell me the difference between a 97 civic hb d16y7 engine harness and the one for a b16a japan motor ? the 97 is obd2 and the b16 is obd1 but what will have to be done to the wiring harness in order to make that engine work in this car? i have every thing but the wiring down pat, i also have the obd2 to obd1 ecu conversion harness but the engine sensor plugs are very different. the d16 has more wires on some of the sensors verses the B16 much simpler harness. i need one of the experts to help in this possible money pit project

never mind , the wires can be worked with and the throtle body is used off the d motor and the rest will pan out
