Default problems w/ crx...HELP

ok...somethings wrong w/ my car, and i have no idea what it is right now. right now, i can tell the car is running on three cylinders. it rained last nite, so i was thinking maybe some water got into the spark plug wire area, cuz there was water all over my motor when i popped the hood last nite. i pulled the plugs, checked all the wires, and everything seems like its straight right now. after i started up the car and let it run for like 15 min, the exhaust temp was still very cold. i was thinking maybe its the dizzy itself. does anyone know what i should check for right now, and how to go about checking for spark on each individual cylinder?

to check for spark for each cylinder have a buddy crank the engine while you have the wire with the sparkplug next to something metal on your engine ...

You should double check your wires at the distributor cap as well.

Dry out the entire area under the distributor cap.
