The header should already have a Bung on the end near the collector flange for the first O2 sensor. The second sensor will go on the outlet end of the CAT near that flange. Generally DC supplies extension wires for the sensors, btw.

Hm, I thought the 2 o2 sensors are watching header 1+3 and 2+4 ?
So putting one down near the collector flange would give false values!?

But I'm not sure....

The USA setup for OBD2 is to have them as I described. Our CRX uses a single O2 sensor on a DC header and it is mounted at the outlet flange of the collector pipe section. This allows ALL cylinders to be monitored at the same time-giving a more precise reading. I will assume that EU rules are just as strict as they are here and thus you need to have the sensors in the correct locations. You need to also drop an e-mail to DC Sports for their advice on your setup. If you are using a PM6 or similar ECU there is only 1 sensor required-btw.

Good luck

the b16a1 uses 1 wire (unheated) sensors, so they need to be mounted close to the head.
