What do you guys think about this adapter plate?

what is inlet shape is on the turbo? some square some round which are which?
I guess the two extra mounting holes are for different bolt patterns. What kind of hardware do you guys use?

bmc racing does some quality cnc machining. I got one of their first t3->hf adapters awhile back. Its as good as an adapter can get imo.
the one you posted is their "fancy" adapter. the outer four holes mount to the hf manifold and the four inner mount to the turbine housing. no extra holes. heres an old pic of mine mounted on the mani:

and the round part you asked about is port matched to the manifold:

kinda hard to see b/c of the crappy pics. HTH

Ive heard of a few aluminum adapter plates melting, heres a pic of one
And a quote reguarding aluminum plates
