fitment question : h22 w/ moroso pan in civic w/ z10 traction bars

Default fitment question : h22 w/ moroso pan in civic w/ z10 traction bars

ok this is going out on a limb, i did a topic about this awhile ago. . i was told the stock pan would hit the z10 bars, how about a moroso pan? anyone runnin this set up?

your best bet would be to call z10..

you would get a straight answer out of them.

Also Z10 has pans made for this application.. H22 in Civic w/ Radius Arms. They should be complete asap. Call for details..

yea i know and i heard they are like 400-410. . . igot a spare stock one for 10 bucks ill wack it wit a hammer and be alllll good.

as far as i know the z10 wont workwith a h22a motor in a eg.. the way the bars are positioned it will interfere with the pulley. hope this helps.

MB Products traction bars fit just fine. They have brass bushings where the radius rod meets the front "crossmember" and they are bent outward to accomodate the oil pan and crank pulley while still having the "swivel" point line up with where the front lower control arm meets the chassis. This avoids the problem that arised with the first traction bars made by Z10 years ago.... no BINDING!

i was told just the oil pan will touch. . i got a spare stock one for 10 bucks. . im gonna MAKE it work, a six pack and a hammer!

why not just run the dtrfab traction bar, they will clear the oil pan

i understood that z10 had bars that could now fit the h22a powered 92-95 civic and that you jsut had to sepcify that when ordering...

i emailed z10 and they said they didn't have them yet
i need to find a company that has them
