Default wounded duck noise.... hmm.... help!

When I go in reverse, every time the wheels make a full rotation, I get a loud stretched out noise like a wounded duck. And when I'm driving along in forward, there is a tiny little queak on every rotation. And it's always there no matter what gear I'm in, except reverse. It's at the rear of the car like right at the axle. Any ideas? It's scarin me and also drivin me nuts
Sorry I know it's not that detailed, but I'm kind of in a hurry. I can fill in more when I get back.
Thanks

Take the rear wheels off and check to see if you have anything left on your pads. If not, time to replace them!

Can I just pick those up at Murray's or Autozone? I don't really need top notch since they're just the rear brakes on my FWD, right?

if you auto-x or do any kind of HPD, I would recommend a set of good pads for the backs to match the fronts. Balance is good. If you just drive it around town, go ahead and get some autozone pads for the back. You should be fine.
