ground controls w/illuminas
I am planning on buying this set-up and need some feed back on them. I have a 98 gsr and want a decent daily driver set-up. I plan on autox about once every 2 months so daily driver is more important. I hate the 4x4 look on tegs and the uneven ride height of prokits and comptech springs. HR's sag too much with time and everything else I looked at is either too much or not enough info. I plan on spending about $650 on my suspension and narrowed it down to ground controls and illuminas. I would like a true coilover but they are just too much money except for tein basics, tanabe pro-oc, or apexi ws, which I read are not that good in quality. If anybody knows of any springs that would be decent instead of GC's then let me know. Any feedback would be appreciated.
how about the illumina coilovers? Are the any good? Also, why isn't Tein basics any good for autox since their spring rates are pretty high. I think it is around 500f/350r.
