suspension ?
i want to put on a suspension on my integra so I can corner good, launch pretty good, and also is not that bad of a ride. any suggestions and what setup do you guys have, and how do you like it? thanks
I would say Koni yellows and Ground Control coilovers. For launch, you can stiffen up the rear struts, for handling, you can dial it in to the way you feel your car handles good. Then tune it down for the street if you want a comfortable ride. This is a very good combo.
I have the Ground Control coilovers with KYB GR-2's on it. It feels too soft for my taste so I will be going to the setup I said above.

i would do what is mentioned above. the great thing about ground controls is that you can have them adjust the spring rate of the coils. the bad thing is that they are not fully progressive springs. the good thing is they are semi progressive i guess that is better than nothing. if moeny is a thing for you i would suggest neuspeed race and kybs for the money. if you are on kinda of a buget then try to get the ground controls and koni's. **** for ground controls and koni yellows you can probably find teins for about hundred more $. all up to you and what you want to do wiht it. i shall be getting mine soon. yellows!
