help, car wont start

ok so i go and try to start my car.
i have fuel, battery is good. spark plug wires are where they should be. it will turn over but wont start. anyone know wtf is wrong?
oh yeah its not sparling either.
maybe cap and rotor?

did you try using the key?
Check Starter. had similar problem last year

ok heres the problem, i just switched out distributors with my friend, and it will start up. so we know the problem is in the dist.. Now to figure out what!
