not sure, but you better get that puppy hooked up so you have a horn. Not to mention so you can steer your car! You should have just gotten a normal USDM integra, they already have steering wheels and horn buttons! 
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

it's actually quite easy. all you need to do remove th cable reel, and rig up a horn ground on column. i got mine off of 90 civic steering column. then tap into the srs harness for the horn ground lead. quite simple actually.

be stupendously careful as to how you handle and remove the cable reel. follow the instructions in the service manual explicitly. i broke one in a past life and then i found out how much they were used, let alone new
