Default Dual 12v Power Source Adapter?

I need to plug in a radar detector and my Sirius satellite radio, so I need 2 of those power source plugs. Do they make adapters or anything so you can do this?

Do you mean one of those things that plugs into the "cigarette lighter?" If so, they make one that'll plug in and split in two. My family used to use that in my dad's Previa ... one for powering the cell phone and the other for powering someone's portable CD player or what have you. My mom found it at a department store.
