Default idle steady at 2k...EACV or FITV??? JDM B16 obd0

i recently went to the track on a cold night and when i got back my idle has been different. when i turn the car on it revs to 3k and warmed up it wont go lower than 2k. occasionally it fixes itsself, the idle dropps to 800, until i drive again and it starts idling at 2k again, so i dont think it is a vaccum leak, or electrical.

How do i check EACV and FITV? anyone have any ideas what i should look at first?

Take it out mark the two hoses.

Spray the some hard core brake cleaner clean that **** until all the black **** goes away and I if you have a chance clean the two holes on the manifold those **** gets clogged especially the one with the screen

hope this helps
