exhaust question

How hard would it be to fit a 96 civic coupe exaust to a 04 civic coupe? i may be able to get a Tunabe exhaust with california cat made for a 96 for $250 brand new and i just seeing if its worth it.

You will not be able to use any of the piping, just the muffler.
