Electical Pulse problem????
I have a 97 ex and when I start it up, it's fine at idle until the engine is revved over 2000 rpm. Then the interior lights begin to pulse and the speedometer goes crazy. does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this problem??

also troubleshoot the Electrical LoaD Detector,located in the underhood fusebox.shop manual has procedure.

well, I stumbled upon the solution to the problem by complete accident. It turns out that it was a short in the CD player the whole time. kinda mad that I don't have a radio at the moment, but at least I can drive the car now. Thanx for all of your suggestions.
