Good question.. i got the parts from a 93 prelude. Not easy to find preludes in the bone yards but accords aren't
preludes/accords use external 'fillers' where on civics they are attached to the master - so use the prelude/accord kind unless you'd like to cut a hole in your dash.
After i had the clutch bled i took off the filling cup and capped the hose with a bolt - works great.
I'll take a pic of it installed as soon as i get a chance and sircrxracer isn't too drunk to drive to my house!

Kinda hard to see.. but you get the idea as to i constructed a braket for the master..

Notice the seamsealer? thats because the first thing i tried (dumb mistake!) was putting in the whole prelude clutch assembly- so be happy that you can learn from my mistakes 8).

hope this gives a bit better idea as to how i did my conversion. This is the best way to do it!

The first pic (of the second set of pictures) is taken as if sitting in the drivers seat. if you buy the lude master and have the dash off it is very obvious what i did. I'm not going to do a 'hydro clutch for dummies' write up!
Parts, metal and a welder - and this is really really easy, trust me!

the clutch is a little on the hard side to push in actually - the preludes have a built in 'spring foward' into the assembly to help with this. so because you get rid of it is SLIGHTLY harder to push in.
I know i'm going to see a message in the future that sais "i heard that a cable to hydro conversion makes the clutch really hard to push in!!" haha - this site rocks.

I'm about to do this and was wondering what you did from the slave cylinder to master cylinder [the hardline]?
Did you use the hardline from the Prelude as well by bending it to fit?
Just give me a little push in the right direction concerning this issue and I'll be good to go

It feels about the same as my 97 Teg, and I have the ACT HD/SS clutch kit in my Teg. I got the Clutch Specialties 6 puck sprung clutch in the crx, with an ITR trans.
