Default 99-00 civi SI factory radio question. What would i need to hook it up to an amp?

Is there like some kind of harness conversion kit i could buy and use to hook it up to an amp? there are no RCA connections on the back so how could i do this.
where could i buy this also? around how much?
i have an alpine radio that is just ****, i mean it wasnt a comp unit or anything, just needed something after i sold my Sony ES(stupid!)
Also does the Honda factory unit play cd-r/w's?

yes the factory deck will play cd-r's and the part you need to hook-up amps to a factory deck is called a "line converter" i have some for sale if you are interested. they convert a speaker output to an rca output.
