is it the stock pulley?if so,any auto parts store can tell you what you need.if it's aftermarket,call the manufacturer,and they should eb able to tell you the proper size.

i removed the a/c and ps when i put mine on, so i cant help you there. sorry.
a crank pulley lessens the inertia on the crank. less rotating mass. honestly it does not do a whole lot. i have one and i have no intent on getting rid of it. but honestly, taking off the p/s belt and removing the weight of the a/c and p/s has just as much if not more of an affect on performance.
i have no dyno proof, but id say on a sohc with just other bolt ons and keeping p/s you might see a 2-3 hp in the very top end if you are lucky.

cool thanx. im just takin steps at a time. just tryin to free up as much hp as i can. im not really lookin for great power from the pulley.
