I know the two are a huge difference in price, but I know the Flex has an EDFC for the damper. I don't Autox, I jsut want a nice ride w/o bounce and tight handles. I don't really know what damper is so I was wondering if I really need the Flex. Also, what are the spring rates for the WS? I know the Flex is 9k/4k, just wondering on the WS.

B/c on their website I didn't see the HA as an application for the Type R. Flex was the least expensive setup they had to offer.
