Default just wondering... how do k20 and h22 swaps into tegs compare?

Honestly I don't have the money to invest in either right now but k20 swaps seem to be more and more common... (not more common than the h22, just more common than they used to be)

I just want to know how they compare in terms of difficulty in installing, price, and performance output

i know that H22's sit farther in the front of the engine bay, and weigh more than the b18s so you will get worse handling, i dont know much about the k20s, it will be more expensive, but they do have great potetial.

The K20 will be worth far more for your money in a teg as they are lighter and have a great potential for power. Look into prices and figure what you want to do with your car. Do not start a lego car plan it and then construct. This advice was givin to me and now i will pass it on to you

well dont forget the K20 sits backwards in the engine bay. But the K20 is lighter then the gsr engine, while the H22 is heavier. The K20 probably has more potential then the H22, but will cost more in the beginning. Also note that motor mounts for the K20 are about $900

superchargers on b series just dont cut it. They might give killer driveability, but they cant hang in the 1/4 mile

The K20 is a far more superior engine than the H22 in every single aspect you can compare it to. There is no competition.

The H22 is outdated.
