like people not receiving their things for weeks after they order them.

do a search, there have been numerous posts about them.

 

Great company. Very busy. So if you would get super-pissed if an email wasn't returned for WHOLE DAY AND A HALF, find someone else.
But they have great prices and lots of connections.

11 weeks and counting for my cp's, and two weeks ago i cancelled my order, and asked for my money back, but i have not heard a word from him. Then i ordered from earl and he shipped them out that day.

most things end up getting worked out in the end i guess

 

did not know they had that many probs

missing fittings

On November 13th, I ordered a manifold, downpipe, and dumptube from his company which I was told would be shipped in 2 days. It was very easy to get ahold of him through emails with questions before I ordered, but once he got my credit card number I have not been able to get ahold of him with questions that I needed answered. After 3 weeks of calling and trying to email him I contacted the company which makes the manifold and they helped get me part of my order. I still have not gotten the wastegate flange that should have been on the manifold and the dumptube. I am not giving this company my business again, and I don't recommend you either. There is no excuse for my troubles and the troubles others have had with Mike and motormatrix.com.

 

Mike's a cool guy, i bought my sc61 from him about two months back. just remember he is only one person, so be mad if your emails and all are not retunred super fast. But nevertheless good customer service.

I am in not mad. But, my emails and phone calls were never returned over the period of a month and a half and my order still is not right which he does not care about one bit. I just do not recommend giving him bunsiness.

BS, Mike cares if you have problems. you cant begin to understand how busy he is and behind on orders. I know that shouldnt be your problem but he is only human, and only one at that. Mike will bend over backwards for you even after you try to defame him with threads like these. he is not a crook and he is not intentionally ignoreing emails etc. he will get back to you asap.

 

I apologize to Mike if my posts made him out to look like a crook. I did get the majority of my order. I was just giving the original poster an honest description of my current experience with this company. And from my experience, in my opinion he does not care about me as a customer. Him being the only person that works there is not a good excuse to make for him. Sorry.

 

I spent over $600.00 with Motor Matrix. A couple problems but no fault due to Mike. He kept intouch with me and we got things figured out. Good guy

 

anyone notice how BOOSTAGE stole boostedb20vtec avatar. boostedb20vtec spent a **** load of money to REALLY own his parts and run them on his car. i think boostage needs a pic of a brospeed exhaust.thats screwed up man!!

 

personally i think he needs to add to his website some information. For instance that he is very busy and it will take a long time for you to get an order, i mean people most likely would not order from him if they knew how backed up he was.

That's awesome. And does he even know him? Prob not if he stole a pic of Vic's custom setup.

 

this is my my problem with mike right now...i emailed him on nov 7th with some intercooler piping questions, he emailed my the following day with some great great advice! so i called him at his 877 number he answered all my questions over the phone again with awsome advice. so i told him ill call back in about an hours to place my order. he picked up again right away i placed my order he told me it would take 5 days for sfp to make my piping and it would be shiped out the following monday and that he would email me the tracking number when it was shipped out that monday. i was very very pleased with his service at that time......then the following monday rolled around no email with my tracking number, ok no big deal he forgot to email me my tracking number. no big deal. i wait a week no intercooler piping... huh thats kinda weird its only flordia not that far to ship 3-4 days max to get to milwaukee. so i tried to call him no answer...try callin him again later in the day no answer....so i get home from work and email him no response to my email...wait a couple of day longer with no response...write another email STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! its getting out of hand!!!! ive been calling at his 877# and his local fl # he does not answer either phone. ive been writing and calling for 2.5 weeks now with NO response what so ever!!!! i know hes just one guy, and i can understand if something happens and its a week later or what ever or even a few weeks. but there is NO reason why he cant tell the customer. most of us are very understanding, all we need is to be informed about what is going on. but so far all i have to say is he took my money and ran. i know he might be backed up but, how long does it take to write back an email saying what the hold up is...2 mins max!!! i mean come on this is no way to run a shop!so mike if your out there just let me know whats going on, and if your going to order from mike i would think twice. but hes a very smart guy and knows his stuff, just has just about the worse customer relations i have ever gotten from any place.

 

Mike if u read this thread, please msg and let me know my tracking number for intercooler. you told me that u had it in front of you like few weeks ago and you were going to ship it. I've been waiting for intercooler and your msg or e-mail. Please respond back
