SFP will probably be able to help you if you email or call them. Paul at SFP has been helpfull to me.

 

Ive never ordered from Mike, but understand its a one man operation, and he moved recently and then he has his race car so Im sure this is why hes always busy.

From the threads ive seen he doesnt take people's money, he just had bad communication, and slow shipping. Some people get thier orders others wait weeks.

I don't think the question here at all is whether or not mike is a scammer, because hes not poeple just expect to recieve a product thats been paid for in a timely fashion. I think I speak for everyone here when i say we are understanding when things happen that delay orders, but I think customers have the right to know the status of thier order. Also more important I think it's important companies let the customer know if something is not in stock.

I have never bought from Mike, he seems like a good guy just overflowed with business, but I have seen plenty of threads to convince me to spend my $ elsewhere.

 

I dont think I would expect mike @ motormatrix to keep up with everything if he is by himself... talking about alot of work and could probably spend all day answering e-mails and pm questions.

With this being so close to new year and the holidays I bet it is hard to focus on work. I would try contacting him agian.

 

Mike may be a one man operation but so are many other dealers of various products. You dont see them doing this.
