CRVtec crankcase pressure prob

CRVtec crankcase pressure prob
How have you guys solved the crankcase pressure problem with the CRVtec. The B20 runs the PCV into the valve cover, and there is no oil evap can on the back of those blocks. When you put a Vtec head on that block then where do you install the PCV?
