Default Please give input on this Tokico suspension kit

I am looking for a suspension upgrade, and was looking at this kit. It is a good price range for me, needed for a daily driver. Just wanted some feedback on this kit, and any suggestions for a setup in the same price range. Thanks.

I am nothing but disapointed in my tokico blues. Maybe it's just me though. They also wore extremely fast. The springs I can't vouch for, never used them.

get the setup with the tokico illuminas and those springs. dont settle for non adjustable shocks. if you go to ebay look up tokico illuminas and you will find some for your car with the springs from jdmwerks13. he is a great seller got my stuff shipped here fast and cheap. i think the combo is $420.

I have this exact kit on my car. A friend also has it on his Integra.

The ride is much more comfortable than most lowered integras IMHO.

The springs are well mated to the shocks/struts and I have not had any complaints using it on my daily driver on the NYC streets.

If you like rock solid ride that jars your teeth and your wits, then this wouldnt be it. Personaly, a ride like that isn't what i consider something that you hope for unless its for the track.

It's a good setup for a daily driver. The drop isn't significant(an inch or so), it puts the car where it should have been from the factory I think. Like others said, it's a little firmer but it's not going to give you a headache. I've had my setup since october and i've put it through lots of potholes and bumpy roads and it's holding up well.

I ahve the blues, love 'em, not the same setup since the g1s have torsion bars up front, but i also agree with this

I wouldn't get it. Never heard anything but negative feedback on those shocks, and havn't heard anything about the springs.

I had them on my 91 accord and have the exact same setup on my 91 teg. The ride is awesome. I highly recommend them if you dont have a whole lot to spend.
Heres a pic of them on my integra.

i dont know about the springs, but i got tokico blues on my gsr with ground controls, and i like them a lot. there is better bang for the buck when it comes to struts, but tokicos work fine for me!

i have tokico hps and ground controls on my integra.

Ride quality is good, but the car doesn't handle well with them on. If you want a lower look, with stock ride quality it's a good thing, but your handling won't really improve.

I've been running tokico blues w/ H&R springs for two and half years and have had no problem.

I'm running tokico illuminas on my DA with the Skunk2 "coilover" 8kg/mm race springs on the front and the regular tight coiled 8kg/mm springs in the rear. I have nothing but good things to say about the shocks, but I am also running high spring rates to bring out the best in the higher levels of damper that the illuminas offer. With the shocks set at 3 front and 4 rear i feel minimum understeer under hard cornering. Also, with my Energy Suspension motor mount inserts to prevent engine flex and my 8kg/mm spring rates, I was launching my car last night at 6,000RPM perfectly, and with absolutely no wheel hop with Falken Azenis on my 14" HX wheels. If a car is setup correctly, ANY GOOD QUALITY SHOCK WILL PERFORM WELL!!!!!!!
