Omg,

This thing is so awsome, first of all it sounds so cool. Second I can actually feel the boost in power.

I was driving today and was next to my friend reving my engine jsut for fun and a cop pulled up next tme me and told me to roll down my window. I jsut drove off i didnt know what to do i didnt do anything wrong so he cant do anything.

Its a loud Roar very nice sounding i wish my exaust could sound like that.

I glad you are happy with your intake I have always thought that intake but the price was not worth the price imo

i'm sure he could've gotten you for something. there's a law for almost everything here in CA. in your info it say you're from CA as well. i'd suggest to just be careful because you might have gotten lucky. wouldn't revving count for exhibition of speed or something?

i got my V2 for 299 tax and shipping included. the only difference i have noticed with it on is that i get some better throttle response and that it sounds cool in the higher RPMs

yes, i'm really interested in finding out the difference between the AEM CAI and the AEM CAI V2. I haven't seen a good review on that yet.

Yea my dad picked one of these up for me too as a present. I went from a broken CAI, to a ghetto short ram, to the V2. It is a pretty nice peice. Very pricey but the but dyno enjoyed it. It throttle response is so much better on this intake compared to the original AEM CAI. I can vouch for that. I thought I would be dissapointed switching from teh short ram to CAI but I am not at all. I dont have anything to compare my dyno numbers to but with the new intake, and full exhaust, I put down 162hp on my GSR. Pretty nice numbers...

It was DA!

mAd aZs Ti3t tH!Rd g3Ar V7acH yO!

and FYI "exhibition of speed" is grounds to have your car towed, strawberry shortcake

On a lighter note I saw a 250 dollar V2 intake crush a 1500 J's Racing carbon s2000 CAI on the dyno so maybe they've got something there.

It seems like people these days are more concerend with the sound of their cars over performance. Whats up with this?
