I need help..

after i dropped my D16z6 engine into my crx.. its my 3rd 1 already! first the car was running fine.. now that I finished the swap about 4 days ago.. i'm getting some codes..

* 3 nd 5 which is the map sensor ( bc i'm boosting and I need 1 more thing to bleed the boost, forgot what they are called )

* and code 16 which is " Fuel Injector " everything is connected right , but i'm getting that!!!

AND the car is bogging a lil bit .. like its miss firering or something.. checked the spark plug cables and its good distributor is good and spark plugs are 1 maybe 2 months old... and mm. yeah.. dunno what it could be.. if i'm lets say 1 2 3 4 5 lol it bogs.. but not when I smash. won't feel nothing.. I dunno what it could be.... if i give it some gas the rpm goes up like its miss firing and then if i hold it steady its fine! ... any ideas.. ?? some people told me cap and rotor!! but they look fine to me .. i dunno... help me out please

the code for the fuel injector will cause ur car to bogg and run like its on crack.

get that code fixed reset the ecu see if it goes away if doesn't then take it out clean it or try some new fuel injectors.

if your wiring is fucked up look at that also might be ur cause.

try it let me know..

 

Yeah man... umm I forgot to mention something heeheh! um, when I was pulling out the injector wires.. u know the metal clamp that goes around the plastic thing. yeah I broke some part of that plastic.. BUT I don't think it has anything to do with it (broken plastic part) bc I made sure that the plug stayed there right!!! I put some Super glue.. i know its ghetto but it worked.. it stays there fine!! not moving.. but i checked the wires and nothing... I don't know what it could be!!. like you said it might be the injectors or the wirering!!! if its t the injectors.. how do i deal with the wirering???? what do i do???? how do get it fixed???

can be your injectors are dead or fuked up..

you will need to take off the fuel rail then check out the injectors.

I sugguest you search for the helms book here on honda tech I saw someone with it and go over it tells u exhactly what to do..I don't have the book soo it shouldn't be that hard to fix..


also the map sensor code: can be caused by improper vaccum line routing
