I am not getting any power in first gear it feels as if the car is hesitating when I let off the clutch and step on the gas, when the car starts to finally moves off a few feet and the RPM increase, that's when I get the power back. I just change the clutch. Clutch Master Stage II. Maybe it isn't grabing correctly? I tuned the car up thinking maybe that was the issue, but it didn't solve the issue. Sometimes I have issue's getting the stick into first gear, so I thinking maybe the gearbox is bad. Can someone help me in diagnosing this issue?

 

Have you checked your clutch master cylinder fluid level? Since it should be a hyrdaulic setup check that first, I had a Jeep that wouldnt go into 1st at all, but all other gears fine, turns out everything was fine except the fluid (and if hondas don't have this SORRY.....my car is a auto, I don't know all that much but am learning) check that out, and does it only do it when its cold/warm?

 

I have checked the fluid levels for the clutch and they are fine. I have even bleed the clutch cylinder. Still the same cold and hot.
