I don't know how the hell you got that from the auction since it doesn't say that at all. it doesn't affect the offset or how far the wheels stick out. it does exactly what the auction says. it explains it quite well. both sets of aftermarket wheels I had came with them already, and all the oem honda wheels I've owned of course had the correct size hole for the hub.

I am getting it's the ring for the center cap, like when you got some volks, i came with two center caps, one is longer and one is shorter, I am gettting that red suppose to enhance the apperance of the rims..

Well Its only 25 bucks and if it makes you feel safer with your rims then why not give it a try and let us know if you experience any problems
