Hahaha, I have a similar situaton.... every once in a while, when making left hand turns, my dome light will turn on, then off again once I straighten the wheel. I too have a b16a swap, just in a civic dx. I figured it was a jdm thing y0!
check your wiring, you may have something loose or a bad ground. grab and wiggle things whith engin running see if you an find it that way first.
BAD GROUNDS

good way to get knocked on your ***. Try getting a voltmeter and checking it the right way.

oh yeah ive also got a lot of chiming on the passenger side of the car...almost all the time....whats going on with it...
You are a wussy man if 12v knocks you on your ***. Grab a spark plug wire on a running engine once, THAT knocks you on your ***. (that wasn't by choice was a motorcycle that had a throttle stuck wide open and was stuck in gear.) Now there is something that will curl your hair if anything will.
who gives a crap what knocks you on your ***? i wanna know why my car's acting up! i know how to not be shocked. thanks in advance...

You really shouldnt have to worry about getting zapped big time by doing the wiggle test, its a great test by the way one I use i the shop everyday, but to do it of course you need the circuit to be powered.
Just sounds like a power or ground is shorted, did you do anythign with your brake switch? pedal? column? anything under the dash?
Like everyone else said, this is a human error and you need to find it yourself, theres really no way to just say oh this is whats happening.
Good luck with it!
PS-I was adjusting my buddies timing on his 350 in a t-bucket and was rotating the Dizzy by holding it by the top(right where the coil is) that is a bad idea, I turned it a quarter turn and pretty much **** my pants, it doesnt knock you back but It sends a nice spike through your whole body(thats 50,000 kv with an msd setup)
remember its not volts that kill you its amps.

You know what you need to do? Grow up and stop being such a smartass. You need to curb that attitude and do it quickly, it will get you nowhere fast. I have 25 years in the electronics industry, 12v is not going to knock anyone on their ***. Unless that 12V is applied sub-dermally.
Wiggling the wires is the first thing any technician that is presented with an intermittant problem is going to do. You have to get the item into a failure mode and figure out if its intermittant or not. Before you can even begine to narrow it down.
