Default RPM Installation

Hey,

Ok I am installing a Autometer tach in my 89 Civic std. I have the wires and all that hooked up but need a way to get into the interior, is there any holes or did you all drill some? Thanks!

Simon

on mine there was already a hole in the firewall right by the front windshield wiper motor about half way down, thats what i used but it was there when i got the car and the car had a stereo in it so it couldve been drilled just double check to make sure tho

Run it through the ECU harness grommet...just cut the rubber boot enough to run the wire through.

That's what I did when I hooked my subharness up for my b16 swap. The grommet is there to prevent moisture and dirt from going where it shouldn't be; don't cut it.
