If you don't want your car to vibrate then stay away from the Prothane inserts..
I have the Prothane inserts and every panel in my car vibrates..
I have heard that the ES inserts dont make your car vibrate...

i have es inserts, my car vibrates too, havent felt vibration on prothane but inserts are going to make your car vibrate no matter what. by inserting those you eliminate any room for the motor to move/rock at idle or at hard shifting, the mounts are solid. its just like having aftermarket mounts. but make sure whoever does your es inserts, to secure them w/ washers so they will hold in there, those zip-ties arent enough. just to be in the safe side.
and as for performance i love it. i have been rolling around w/ torn mounts for almost a year, I ended up replacing the tranny mount, and another mount was in pretty bad shape. during that time I was hitting ok times at the track but was wondering why i couldn't get traction. I havent gone to the track since but im pretty sure itll be fun. no wheel hop when chirping, havent launched yet but im sure thatll be fun too. good luck
Go with the ES ones. I have em in my car. There is a noticable vibration gained at idle, but its not as bad as it is made out to be. Make sure you put all 3 mounts in though. They were meant to work together. The rear is a PITA, but it balances things out. Most people I know only put in the fronts, and theirs vibrate worst then mine.
I do like them though

I just installed ES inserts on mine last friday on my 94 GSR. I bought hardware for the front mounts instead of the zip ties. My rear mount was torn out completely and replaced and I used the original front mounts as they weren't that bad. The rear mount was a complete bitch. It took me and my brother 9 hours to do all three mounts. It added a little vibration at idle but the feel when shifting is amazing. It feels solid and has great feedback. I have a few annoying rattles and/or buzzes inside at idle but the way the car feels makes it all worth it. The positives greatly outweigh the negatives.
By the way I'm new to Honda-tech but I frequent team-integra.net (the best Integra forum on the net). So hello everyone.

I had Prothane inserts in my old Integra. Believe me, if your car is a daily driver, you do not want them.
I've never personally experienced the Energy Suspension, but I've received good feedback from my customers who've used them.

Jim fab are HARDER then es
The ES is ment to work as a SET or not at all. You get more vibrations using only the front 2 ES.
I have all prothane and ES bushings....My cd player almost NEVER skips. Tell your friend to stop being a baby

people blow this outta proprtion by far, i have the Energy Susp lower inserts and the Prothane uppers and rear, race version . Yes they are solid, yes they vibrate the cabin and rattle pretty much all loose change in the car. Yes you can drown it out by using a thing called a radio and this revoltionary thing called music, i think it just came out or something .
Really its not that bad, i like mine alot better with em in , more control and keeps me from breaking trannues and keeps my **** where its supposed to be

Just get the ES inserts. You'll get A LOT better feel rather than stock inserts and lose minimal comfort. The stock rubber mounts are super soft for comfort reasons not performance and the ES inserts are a great upgrade that is much harder than stock but much less vibration than Jim Fab solid mounts. What ever you do you must put them in as a set. If you do just the front two it will vibrate alot and you will blow the back mount out fairly quick.
