who did the rear wiper removal on their integra?

Anyways, I went over to the Honda dealer, some local shitty one near me.. and the lady says there is no such part number for the 1st one in the picture.. Obviously there is, if theres a picture there...
Anyway, the actual plug was 26 dollars! Does this seem kinda high? Oh well... I've been meaning to get rid of the wiper for a while now.
