The cat will bolt up to the Comptech header and Exhaust piping? I can't remember if it has O2 bungs or not? Price?

Yes it will. I believe it has 1 O2 bung... for OBD-I applications. Bought from SMSP. $75.

 

How much for the Neuspeed Rear Lower Tie Bar, and the comptech exhaust?

 

NRLT is $75 and Comptech exhaust (any integra 4-door or 2-door w/ a little work) is $400. I would eat off these parts. All prices plus shipping.
