why doesn't ebay have an item review board. so when they see this horrible crap they take action. i still think ebay shouldn't be so horribly manipulative and vomit inducing.

...and comes with lightweight CNC-machined billet aluminum rotor hats.

It says this right in the auction, so if you get that bottom piece of crap, you have every right to leave negative feedback as false advertising.

The reason Ebay won't do anything about rip off sellers is they (Ebay) get paid by the seller... not the buyer.

Every heard the expression “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you?”…

Ebay gets “fed” by the seller, hence they aren’t going to “bite” the hand that feeds them.

A BIG issue I have with Ebay is in the user agreement they make a big deal about the BUYER having to complete a transaction they have bid on, that your bid is a BINDING legal agreement to purchase, etc, but a seller is allowed to wiggle out of completing a NON-RESERVE auction! I have seen this numerous times and have had it happen to me when I was the high-bidder.

Bottom line is Ebay sides with the seller as their fee’s come from the seller.

I've actually become very fond of ebay and most sellers do treat buyers as actual customers... If you go straight to ebay for it then of course they are gonna side with the seller but if you get in touch with the seller before ebay then you have a flow of communication... If the seller harrasses you that you got what you paid for and you have a valid complaint save the email... email ebay with the attached email and show what you were supposed to get apposed to what you did recieve and then ebay takes action... I've been buying off ebay for a while and i know whats crap and whats not, Even at 3 in the morning when i'm tired

i have been a seller on ebay for 4 years now with over 4000 feedback (all positive)i sell autographed hockey cards, and have had lots of non payers over the years and ebay does nothing to help sellers out, and there is so much fraud on ebay, half the sellers of autographed items i can tell by just looking at the signature its a fake, how do these people get away with it, if they do get kicked of ebay they just sign up again using a different name and rip more people off.

i don't buy from many sellers that don't have at least 1000+ positive feedback and try to find the ones without negetive feedback. I would like there to be more reliable sellers on ebaylike you 90. J/W do you ever plan on selling performance parts for the crx on ebay

On Dec-28-03 at 12:34:50 PST, seller added the following information:
ROTOR HATS ARE NOT MACHINED ALUMINUM, OEM REPLACEMENTS. PLEASE READ THIS AUCTION CORRECTION, BOTTOM PICTURE OF ACTUAL ROTORS, KINDA DARK THOUGH, ANONIZED BLUE OR RED!!!!!!!!!!!

now the seller added this ****, so you're screwed, blued and tatooed!!!!!

usually **** is more expensive from the people makeing the product. or else no one would buy it from the dealer they would buy it from the manufacture.

if you think you may be getting ripped off then ask the seller for more pictures or info, been on ebay for awhile and i've never had a problem w/ a non paying buyer or a seller who dosent ship, if they have like 1 positive feedback and a coulpe negitive then dont buy from them
