i want to buy an ls or gsr tb for my d16 w/ skunk2 manifold. i want to bore the new tb to 62mm. does anyone know how much this usually costs and what it takes to convert it over, such as throttle plate, etc. thanks in advance

use a dremel do slow even passes circular around the inside lip.

 

isnt the itr 62mm? or 63mm

 

There was a kid doing them for 100 on the board which included the shipping back as well. Search I'm sure you can find the post. It was a little bit ago though, not sure if he still does it or not.
