Default cluth wont disengage and ideas

just like i said after my swap i put in a new cluth cable and it wont disengage the tranny all the way ..... yes i know about the tensioner on the cable its self i tightened by pulling it tight hand tight and tighting the nut ..... it just seems if the thing dont pull it up far enough.....if you get what im tring to say.....

throwout bearing getting stuck? ur gonna have to drop the tranny again to find out probably

I'm assuming by your bio that the swap you're refering to is a ZC swap. are you still using your original tranny? clutch? Pressure plate? flywheel?

yea stock si tranny and new cluth new pressure plate and stock flywheel............

sounds as if you may have installed the clutch plate in backwards. pull the tranny to see the clutch plate and see if it is put in the correct direction. Most plates have a stamp describing which side faces the flywheel.

na trust me that wasnt it ........ it had just been setting for two months... and was stuck its good now .....one hundred miles on the zc after the complete rebuild and still good here............

I was having the same problem I just dropped the tranny and changed my throwout bearing and it works fine now.
