Default timing belt problem HELP ASAP PLZ!

honda accord v6 1995.

I took the timing belt off and for some reason my rear cam sprocket is 5 teeth past the mark. The front cam sprocket and my crank sprocket is lined up through perfectly. How do I turn the cam sprocket back? It is so hard to turn. SHould I turn it back to the mark or foward to the mark? I don't want to damage my valves.

The crank pulley or the actual crankshaft? With either one, you should get yourself a service manual. It's a great help to get started.
