I know some people in here have gotten some headwork done, and i've done a search, but i didn't find much. Are there significant gains with a mild head/intake mani port with flowbench testing etc and a web street/strip cam. My friend has an accord and i'm just checking out the options. thanks

it's a 93 ex 5spd
he got a 16.6 a few months ago...only mod is a CAI

i think a few people have tried the gude setup they claim 30-40whp gain from it but i never tried it

 

Head port and cams will give gains. Gude claims are bs, many people have gotten bad results from them. As for cams the best choice for now would be to go with Webcam regrinds. Search up Bisimoto on here. He's running a mean f22b2. Says he's gonna release a line up of parts for the f series.

 

alright....it's verified, cams and head porting will give gains! gude does suck. no one here has done it yet tho???...in an accord at least?
