Default OBD1 injen.clips removal. Special trick or tool?

I have to remove the injector wires from an OBD1 B17 engine harness.
Is there a special tool or trick to get them off?
I figured they would just pop off, but alas they don't, what am I doing wrong? I pull and tug and twist but ....nothing.
Anyone know?

Use a tiny flathead and pop the tiny metal clip off the base of the plug.
The clip looks kinda like a square paper clip.
If you still need help send me your email and I will send a pic.

91civiclx- Why is repinning them, that hard? I would rather repin, because I'm too much of an incompetent idiot to use a soldering iron. LOL
BTW can I repin them with the injen pins from an OBD0 harness?

I just used a pick tool and popped one side out at a time and slipped it off. Watch out they like to fly off.

Sorry, I'm not following the above, cause like I said I'm an idiot.
Can you rephrase it that for the mentally impaired, like me. LOL
Popped one side out of each injector clip?
Slipped off the whole clip?
Can you then swap them with OBD0 clips?
Are the pins on the wire pigtails the same for both OBD's?
