Default Wiring a Wideband by itself

Not sure if its been tried before, basically, getting a 5 wire Wideband, then installing it, hooking up all the proper wires to give it power and then hooking up a voltimeter to the signal to see voltage readings and air fuel ratios, will this work?

No. You need a wideband controller for the sensor to drive the sensor and its heater.
