Emissions help....
ok so heres the deal. b16, itr cams, chipped ecu, i/h/e. i failed, but i was oh so close. i was 12.16 for CO (the limit is 12) snf 1.56 for HC (the limit is 1.00) forthe test i was running a '91 si ecu and i had my ignition timing retarted all the way. any hints?
