I want to get a CAI for the s2000...is the AEM V2 much better than the version 1 CAI? or are they about the same?

 

aem says
"The AEM V2 Intake utilizes a dual chamber (using two different diameters and lengths of piping), to create multiple frequency sound waves that help charge the cylinders with air throughout the entire rpm range"

We have seen power gains through some of our customers who have ran this intake. Non are S2000 owners unfortunatly, but other cars seem to benifit from it.

just put a V2 on my S and i love it. although i didnt have a V1 before to compare it
to but i believe that aem knows what thier doing.

FYI, you might want to PM AHHVTEC on this board. He might have some left for sale at his shop. There were some used ones lying around last time I checked in case you wanted a cheap one.

 

can anyone post pics of what you have to trim with a cold air setup, because I had to trim my fender lining on my rsx with a cold air, I'm wondering if its similar with s2000's. thanks
