Default Help! my integra got SLOW, and i got code 3 and 54, how can i fix this??

Hey, lately my car has been running really bad, i raced my friends ls with just i/h/e and he beat me by a 1/4 car when i normally beat him by atleast 3 cars. So i checked the code i was gettin cuase my check engine light came on and i got 3 and 54, they are as follows

Code 3 is the Manifold Absolute Pressure. it says check the map sensor and circuit
than code 54 is CrankShaft position/TDC position sensor disconnected or intermittent interuption

what is this and how can i fix it, can u let me know! thanks

you probably need to replace your map and crank angle sensors. These things just wear out sometimes, and I have no doubt that the car runs like crap if it doesn't know where the crank is or what the manifold pressure is. Call your dealer, order the parts, and put them in. Perhaps also just check the connections first...just to check the obvious.
