Default rear suspension

I need to know if there is a difference between the strut/trailing-arm clearance for an 90 SI and a 90 DX

The problem is with my 1990 dx I canot drop the car as low as my suspension is suppose to... because the trailing arm is blocking the adjustement.

Sory for the english

Thanks
the suspension is a Progress CS-II

I don't think your post is clear... The adjustment for a coilover is the spring perch. are you saying that the perch hits the trailing arm as you try to screw it furthur down?

to answer your question.. there is NO difference between the "suspension" parts of a 90 DX and 90 Si.. whether hatch or rex.. they are the same. On did have rear disk while the DX doesn't.. but the suspension part of it is the same

if you really want to go lower, it seems that youre going to need to get shorter springs. call up progress and see if they can sell you some different springs. but id be cautious if i was really lowered beyond adjustment, maybe youre really further than you should be for the rest of the suspension to work properly.

Well Tyson is right... allthough my close friend just got an eibach ERS spring for his Progress CO's and really likes the feel better than the Progress springs. You can get 10 inch, 8 inch, whatever springs for your setup.
