crazy question about jdm front end...
ok...i know for the jdm crx sir front end, you need to use the jdm 1 piece headlights. but is there anyway around this? is there anyway you can get a usdm headlight to fit @ all? i'm not a big fan of the jdm h4( i think) bulb that the headlight uses.
**edit**
i thought i remember seeing a HID kit for the h4h...but you'd lose your highbeam. anyone know if there's one for it? of if you can use a h4 bulb kit in that?

JDM crx sir front ends didn't have one-piece headlights. So yeah, order a front end, and it should come with regular jdm headlights, and corner lenses (two separate pieces). I don't think you can make the usdm headlights fit, but there's no reason to if you have JDM ones.

ok...i just checked out on the amt of lumens that are produced w/ the raybrig bulbs vs some silverstars...when doing the 9005/9006 conversion like i did, the raybrigs dont produce anywhere near the amt of lumens the 9005/9006 conversion produces. so, forget that. jdm fenders and sir style cf hood is all i need

the h4 bulbs in the jdm civic/crx are the h4h right? i saw an HID for those. but i believe for that kit, if you got it you would lose the ability for High beams. but i think there was some kind of dual filament kit out there that allowed you to still retain the high beam.

the bulbs in the JDM CRX/Civic headlights are H4h's, which HID kit have you seen for these?

I wonder if the headlight buckets are the same dimensions as the us ones, but throw on the jdm lenses. I know it'd be some work, but maybe it would???

h4h bulbs in jdm lights, jdm headlights are lots better than any usdm 9005/9006. i have stock h4h bulbs in my car and all i can say is "I CAN SEE"! if anyone knows where to get yellow ion H4H bulbs pm me i want em'
i'll have to see that in person, cuz from what i've seen...the raybrig lights for h4h dont emit nearly as many lumens as the 9005 (high bulb) when used as the low beam (9005/9006 conversion)

if i remember right the raybrigs output a 100w lowbeam, the polargs put out a 135w low beam, the polargs are SIGNIFICANTLY brighter

so strange..... well i'll take a pic tonight w/ my 89 next to my 91 (91 has sir front 89 has some yellow ion 9005's...... other than that, i'm amazed that people don't like there h4h's, compaired to the usdm ones i can see better farther and clearer
the wattage really doesn't have much to do w/ how bright it is. i mean, it does...but, then again it doesn't. its like, looking @ an audio system, just because its a high wattage system (people think this @ my work all the time, best buy) it sounds good. high watts doesn't equal bright, they have a measurement for this, lumens...another is candelas and everything i have checked, the 9005 bulbs emits more lumens than the h4h
