The jun stroker kits are very good. They retain the factory rod ratio. They produce alot of power when used with the jun valvetrain. Jun only uses top quality materials so you're going to have to pay to play!!!!but jun's kit last and make greatpower.I think jun is one of the only manufacturers left to make i1.8-2.0 stroker kit. Spoon stopped, and i am not sure about toda.

Your best option is to buy a b18c shortblock

whats so good about the factory rod ratio??? the more rod ratio the more torque the engine makes, hence the use of deck plate motors... again with those "stroker kits" you're paying for the name brand, i can give you a list of people that can build you a stroker motor that will clown on those kits

If you want a custom stroker motor made, email me at ParrisEngDyn@aol.com 92, 95, 98 stroker kits. Don't ask me how much because that is dependent upon your application. If you have question feel free to hit me up. Oh yeah do not get caught up in the whole rod ratio crap.

I am sure people have had luck with making power with stroker kits that change the rod ratio...and i am sure some of these last quite a long time. My experience is that these motors "tire" out real quick. Dont get me wrong costom kits are dope, but honda has put millions of dollars into research.....This is why they chose this ratio. Jun , spoon , and toda, all put tons of money into their research programs as well. This is why they all stay with the factory rod ratio. spoon stopped making their 1.8-2.0 stroker kit for a reason........it did not retain the right rod ratio and it created to much vibration to rods and crank.KaBoOm!! These kits are very expensive, but you get what you pay for with the jun kit. This guy might be better off boring his motor out, since it will be alot less cash!!!
