Default Need help with some Q's bout audio install!

ok so like some of you know I blew all 4 of my old Eclipse 6.5"s... Well For Xmas My father scored me 4 Mobile ES 6.5"s and a new Wiring kit for my amps (2) ok... So the previous owner did a hack job on the wireing on the last install... So I tore it all out and Started from the begining. Ok So I ran some 4 ga back to the amps to a Distribution block broke it into 2 6 ga's and did the amps... I grounded the 2 amps in the trunk on the bare metal.. I splice the remote wire from the original Remote Wire and "jumped" it to the Second amp... I left the RCA's there and Hooked them back up... Then wired up the new CD player (4 wires) Yellow, BLK, RED, and Blue.... Hooked up the Ant and Hooked the Sub amps RCA's To (SUB RCA's on the back of the CD player) and the other RCA for the mids and highs to REAR RCA's in the back of the CD player... Ok so I turn the key and NO power... No lights on the AMPS.... So its like 9pm last night and I say **** it and went in... I was thinking bout it and the Fuse to the CD player may have been blown... So I go this morning and check it out and ... BINGO thats what it was now I changethe Blown speakers out for the New sony's and I hook up the fronts to the amp and Nothing... But everytime I turn the car off they pop not like its doing damage just a lil pop when the car turns off.... Now I thought maybe the RCA's may have been in the wrong spot so I unplug them and get a Really nasty Reverb... GRRRR Im really pissed right nowsince I haven't had audio in 2 months and I finally get **** and its not going right! Please help!!! TIA

Check your speaker connections, and wires. possibly going to ground somewhere do this by unplugging one speaker at a time (from the amp) to see if it stops the reverb (without rcas) or if starts to play (with rcas) I've seen odder things before
this might work or it might not, but will give you a place to get started
