Default what ecu to use?

Thinking about purchasing a JDM F22b for my 94 accord ex. The installer/seller/a friend of mine said I will need a new ecu. He thinks that an H23/or JDM F22b ecu will work. Are there any other options? which ecu would work best for this setup. any suggestions would help alot? also where would the cheapest place to buy one?

For the bang for the buck go with a hondata (its tunable) so if you want to turbo it later....
