89 dx block and CLUTCH ,will93 HYDRO tranny bolt on?
ok i am putting my 89 crx dx block into my 93 hatch , i have a stage three act clutch and pressure plate on it, and the flywheel is from the dx block. will my 93 tranny work with that clutch and flywheel or must it be chaged to a 93 DX one?

incorrect there fellow 'Nati member.......
Use the 89 clutch setup, bolts right to the 89 crank and works with the hydro tranny.
Only 1988 trannys had the weird 21 spline input shaft.

DAMN DAMN DAMN, everywhere I go your there! hahaha. Yea, I knew one was bigger, couldn't think of it off the top of my head. I know the B series have big differences, but the D series I knew there was one, just couldn't remember the year. Thanks for correcting me, now I know too...damn Honda tranny guru!hahaha
