How about taking the bulb out, then using a straw to suck out the water when it's laying on the bottom of the light fitting.

It's not that much moisture. More like the lamps fog up.

It shouldn't leak at all, but take both (or all three) bulbs out and shoot a hair dryer (on low) in there. Worked on another car for me...

I think i will try the hair dryer plan. I'm not thirsty enough to suck out the moisture through a straw....

I had the same problem quite a whilke back.
Its when the seal is not airtight on the plastic headlights.

Its easy to fix (though I liked ryanstev
's idea; minted!).
All you do is turn side + dip + Full beam on, wait 10mins for heat to evaporate moisture.
Then find where the case is cracked/split and seal it with silicone sealant! jobs a good'un.

Using a hair dryer wont work as they only steam up when the seal is broken and condensation appears when water moisture condenses on the cold surfaces within.

So just warm them up & seal them!
