Tsudo N1 Catback Exhaust system?
Does anyone have any information on this system. Ive seen a few places carry them for about $300 and im pretty sure it is a knock-off of the APEXi n1...i just wonder if performance wise are they any good? its got 2.5inch piping......Anyone who knows ANYTHING about this system please post!
so is it bad just bc its loud or does it suck performance wise? i just really need to get rid of this restrictive dx piping bc i just got my gsr swap and i saw this so i wanted to find out some info on it.....
i HAD one on my civic matched with a 4-1 header and random tech. converter......VERY LOUD!! Any gains were minimal, lets just say it knocked off about a full second from 1/4 times, but it did sound mean
i found it on a couple of websites and even saw some on ebay. I was just wondering if the system is worth it performance wise or should i just wait and spend an extra 200 on an APEXi? I just really want to know how does it compare with apexi, greddy and tanabe? is it close, far away or just as good?

Where i'm from a second off you 1/4 mile times are not minimal, thats a huge differnce!

i think it was actually a little less than a full second..... a little bit of tuning without the header and exhaust yielded more of a gain than the exhaust did. best time of 17.1 with exhaust on a stock HX and 16.39 with tuning on a stock HX.
yeah but thats with a stock hx.....i have a dx with a gsr motor so i was wondering if the 2.5" tsudo would be good or not....of course u wont see much performance out of an hx motor with larger exhaust piping....with a gsr motor with civic dx piping, it should be a pretty decent performance gain.... am i right???........anyways keep the info coming on the tsudo n1... i want to hear as many ppls feedback as i can get!
pretty subtantial gain on that single cam, congrats.
2.5" piping and a straight thru muffler is definatly going to free some flow on your gsr motor. i love my apexi, but if i could have saved 200 bucks i would have seriously considered this as an option.....
-Erik <--- who doubts many people will keep the same exhaust or car for more than 2 yrs, so who cares about longevity anyway, lol
